Call Centre Advisor
An excellent opportunity to join a successful call centre team has arisen in a company that are experts in sales and a global giant that are continuing to grow and succeed. The ideal call centre advisor will have a confident telephone manner and a target driven personality. You will be working in a state of the art call centre environment.
About The Call Centre Role
To effectively use call centre skills to fact find information about customers enabling you to recognise call centre sales opportunities and close sales
Make outbound sales calls to new, old and existing customers to sell products and services and up-sell and cross sell
To be able to plan and manage time effectively enabling you to achieve your individual and team call centre targets

Call Centre Skills & Experience
Previous sales experience is essential (including telesales, call centre)
