Office administrator / Junior Care Coordinator
Home care provider who has provided care in the Solihull Borough for the past 9 years is looking for an office administer / Junior Care Coordinator .This position is for someone with experience in the Domiciliary Care industry who has previously attained the position of Senior Carer or Field Care Supervisor.
This is a contracted position of 40 hours per week from 9.00- 17.00 Monday - Friday. Pension, SSP and 28 days holiday.Salary £15- 16K depending on experience.
·If possible QCF level 3 or working towards
·Previous experience as a Senior Caregiver preferable
·Will be required to do all office administration, client reviews, Quality Assurance checks, Introductions of new Caregivers to Clients
·Spot checks and shadowing of new and existing Caregivers
·Updating client and caregiver details on computer monitoring system
·Assist with typing up care plans
·Take the on call rota once a month
·Cover only where necessary any outstanding care calls
