|Job Title: Care/Rota Coordinator
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
40 hrs per week, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
FW Recruitment have been asked by our Client to seek a self-motivated, organised individual who has the ability to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. The Rota Co-coordinator will be expected to assist and support other staff members in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
Field new client enquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter information into the Company Home Care software and print out service call form and book service call for Manager.
Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and Care Givers by working together with the senior / team leaders in completing required Spot Checks and participate in Shadowing and supervisions with Recruitment Team.
Coordinate Care Giver schedules on a daily basis and ensure that all shifts are covered according to Company Home Care standards.
Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in Company Home Care Software.
Identify and report to Manager and recruitment team areas of recruitment need.
Enter and maintain accurate client and Care Giver records in Home Care Software.
Provide up to date hand over for out of hours cover.
Support Office staff and seniors in out of hours on call rota.
Participate in the on call Rota as per the office schedule
Understand and monitor Care Givers hours and timekeeping on the computer monitoring system.
Be available to cover any outstanding client visits during and outside of office hours if required.
Assist with initial Care Giver supervisions at 4, 8 and 12 weeks and then quarterly thereafter.
Assist with Care Giver`s annual appraisals.
Ensure all care plans and any updates are done on the Home Care computer system on the hard copies and Care Givers are notified of any changes.
Field employment enquires from prospective Care Givers and arrange for application process as needed with the recruitment team.
Co-ordinate and maintain a complete Client Service Schedule.
Participate in quarterly Care Giver meetings.
Assist the care coordinator with care plans, reviews and initial service calls if required.
Update MARS sheets as required per month and arrange for Senior Care Givers to collect previous months and take out the new ones.
Mandatory training and training updates.
