Details of job role
• Answering telephones for company
• Working with Sage 200 System
• Raising and sending order acknowledgements to customers for their orders
• Raising and sending proforma invoices to customers
• Raising invoices and taking them to stores for packing, then collecting the paperwork the following day to send the invoices to the customer
• Sending & receiving emails on a daily basis
• customer service, sending dated order acknowledgements
• Cover for other departments for holiday/sick
Skills and experience
• Good Telephone Manner
• Good Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
• IT Skills i.e. Outlook; Word; Excel etc
• Team Player
• High Work Ethic
You will ideally need your own transport as company not easily accessible by public transport
