Regulatory Officer Brixworth
Up to £32000 pa plus bonus plus excellent benefits package
2 days working from home per week (dependent on business needs)
The role:
This role is responsible for providing support and guidance relating to customer requests. Sharing your knowledge of regulations and legislations applied to the production and formulation of fragrances, to our customers and colleagues globally.
Responsibilities:
Support sales with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation to meet global commercial and creation initiatives.
Own and grow internal and external customer relationships in global markets in response to business needs ensuring the regulatory service offered to our customers is exceptional
Contribute to growth of business by building Special Customer Requirements database and ensuring systems consistency
Create, maintain, and monitor the systems with the relevant information about requirements based on Customer Policies
Support internal and external training
Qualification
Regulatory experience in similar role for at least 3 to 5 years
Bachelor`s degree qualification in a relevant discipline
Skills and knowledge
Understanding of both legal and scientific matters
Experience presenting topics to customers and resolving regulatory questions
