Mon -Thurs 7.30am-4pm Friday 7.30am -1pm
Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing the efficient management of goods inwards, raw materials, and finished goods dispatch within a manufacturing facility. This role involves managing the computer system, inventory control, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving the modernisation of warehouse processes. Managing 5 team members across stores/goods in and despatch.
Ideal Experience:
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques, warehouse operations, and best practices.
Proficiency in using warehouse management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/Epicor)
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and their practical implementation in a warehouse setting.
Experience in process improvement, automation, or modernisation initiatives is highly desirable

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
