You will require the following Skills and Qualifications:
A proven track record of writing winning bids
The ability to use your experience to enhance a dept.
Be a highly organised individual / effective time manager.
Ability to review and challenge working procedures.
Ability to compile a customer focused, concise and compelling response
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment at maximum quality
Ability to coach subject matter experts in bid writing skills and best practice
Knowledge of using Storyboarding techniques with subject matter experts
Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of methods at all levels throughout the business.
Proficient in building productive working relationships with internal & external customers .
Association of Proposal Management Professionals Foundation Level as a minimum
Strong English language skills, essential
Previous experience from within a Recruitment Agency preferable.
