FW Recruitment have been asked to source an additional consultant to join one of the most successful Catering & Hospitality Recruiters in the UK. This company are award winning in their field, people love working for them and are earning lots of commission, while being fully supported by the senior management team. Without doubt they are one of the most exciting companies in this sector!
The Recruitment Consultant role has come about due to ongoing branch growth, and as such you will be joining in a 360 Recruitment Consultant capacity, managing some existing client accounts while also developing new business, sourcing candidates etc.
Based in Cardiff City Centre you will have the option to work in a hybrid capacity WFH a couple of days per week.
This company has a fun vibrant environment who do not expect you to work to pointless KPI`s. They just want you to be happy in your work and will give you all the tools to make you as successful as possible.
This position requires all applicants to have at least 9 months` experience working as a Perms Recruitment Consultant, but welcome candidates who are looking to move to new sector.
