FW Recruitment are delighted to have been selected by this prestigious high profile organisation to source an experienced Business Advice Manager to join the organisation to lead a strategic review of the member offering.
The successful candidate will have an extensive understanding of the membership organisations needs and be able to create a range of products and services appropriately.
You Must have strong product and services development experience and be confident in communicating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to an exceptionally high standard and have a proven track record in building excellent relationships.  The role holder will act as an ambassador for the organisation and have a consultative approach.
·         Deliver an ongoing development plan
·         Identify priority topics
·         Oversee and deliver content strategy
The ideal candidate will have:
A sound understanding of business and the ability to interpret MI feedback etc. to form part of the decision making process.
An innovative approach to product design and delivery.
A proven track record of developing products within the agreed timeframe`s, specifications and budget.




Ability to create and deliver a product development plan to meet business needs. Innovation is at the heart of this role.
Negotiation prowess with internal and external customers
Proven track record of creating and delivering detailed and accurate management information to Senior Management Team.
Ability and desire to exceed agreed performance targets
This will include the concept, product design and delivery processes that are required
The ability to liaise with third party providers to ensure they meet the agreed terms and budgets.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good IT, budget and report writing skills
