This position would suit either an existing Branch Manager looking to join a progressive successful company or a Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career.
They are looking for:-
Proven Recruitment Experience - Essential.
Industrial Sector knowledge.
Proven ability to manage a high volume recruitment campaign
Superb relationship building skills.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
A hands on approach with excellent planning skills.
A proven track record of spearheading sales strategies and team development.
To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years "Recruitment Agency" experience.
