This is a unique exciting opportunity for a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join a unique organisation, with a laid back appreciative approach.
This role would suit candidates from a Healthcare Recruitment Agency background who like to talk to their clients and not just send emails with a keen eye for detail.
Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring your pipeline customers are regularly updated on additional service offerings and receive attentive customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Promoting added value services to existing account customers.
· Identifying new opportunities for customers
Experience and Knowledge:
· Happy to pick up a phone and talk to clients regularly
· Happy to ask for an order and enjoy closing the deal.
· Articulate with strong communication/people skills
· Driven, Proactive and thorough
· Excellent at building relationships,
· Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to work individually
· Previous experience gained from a Healthcare Recruitment Agency
· A quick learner with the ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way.
Salary and Benefits:
· A base of up to £28,000 + commission
