Our client, a dynamic, successful, ambitious National Recruiter with many awards and accolades, have asked FW Recruitment to source an experienced recruitment consultant to join their successful branch In Birmingham
The Package
To £28,000 dependent upon experience plus uncapped bonus payments which increase in line with performance against targets.
Extensive training package and support
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases in line with length of service
The Role
Providing a quality recruitment service to the portfolio of existing clients.
Building and developing new business opportunities
Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
The Candidate
Experience within a Recruitment Agency environment
Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source high calibre candidates matching to these.
Ambitious
A minimum of 1 years Recruitment Agency Experience is essential for this position.
