FW Recruitment are delighted to have been asked to source an experienced recruiter to join our clients onsite recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys networking and finding the right talent to ensure a consistent supply.
This is a fast paced role and they are looking for someone to come in and support their business needs. You will have the opportunity to manage the end to end recruitment process and work collaboratively with the client to anticipate future recruitment requirements
Other responsibilities will include:-
Creating engaging job adverts
Fulfilling recruitment KPI`s
Directly sourcing candidates
Maintaining accurate and up to date records
Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Ability to develop and maintain talent pools

Experience using a range of sourcing channels to identify relevant candidates
Able to effectively manage high volume recruitment
