Our client a National Organisation and market leader is looking for an experience Payroll Advisor to support the timely and accurate processing of payroll.




Service Delivery, Relationship Management & Partnership Mindset

1) High degree of accuracy in processing payroll as expected by customers and Partnership

2) Ability to handle partnership wide customers in a professional manor and provide a confidential and sensitive service

3) Providing accurate and up to date technical & relevant end to end process expertise in assigned area

4) High quality, accurate and timely delivery of services and outputs, including where applicable within operational metrics

5) Prompt resolution of queries in an effective and professional manner

6) Influencing and managing relationships with stakeholders (teams, functional, Partnership, external) to enable the successful delivery of activities and projects.

7) Own development and training


Delivering Change & Continuous Improvement

1) Accountable for seeking to make continuous improvements to propositions, processes, controls and/or policies both proactively and based on feedback and insight from stakeholders, colleagues and clients


Ensuring Compliance:

1) Compliance with relevant policies and standards (both internal and external)

2) Effective performance of key relevant internal controls and regulatory requirements including those required under the ICF

3) Handling confidential and sensitive data in a professional manner




Experienced Payroll Clerk or Advisor

Good IT skills, including Excel




Experience of Oracle financial systems

Retail experience

Up-to-date experience within UK payroll, including legislative / regulatory environment, payroll policy and relevant accounting

Role Location:

Bracknell based with some travel to other locations required.
