Our client who are a highly successful Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice based in Finchley Central North London are seeking a full time and permanent Marketing Executive to assist within the Business Development/Marketing Department.  Full Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp and MS Office experience and skills are absolutely imperative for this role, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Demonstrable experience is required in managing websites, including website optimisation, re-designing and launching company re-brand.  The ideal candidate will have a related University degree. 


Responsible for supporting the Marketing and Business Development Manager in all relevant areas, but specifically the following:-


Board Packs    

  • Design and provide board members each a Board Pack, including any marketing related content.

  • Minute Board Meetings and send out to attendees in due time

  • Mailchimp    

  • Send out bulk client mailers when required. (Part of the content strategy). Bulk mailers are there to inform clients about their policies, industry changes and any information needed to support clients.

  • Proof read all financial focus templates to ensure each brand is presented correctly. (VWM/JHFS/SGFS/BKLWM/BSFP)

  • Manage client information required for these mailers confidentially.


Lead Lists - Client Lists

  • Run lead lists for adviser activity. These include, inactive clients, clients to be re-allocated, prospects which never progressed and new clients offered to us by Joint Venture Partnerships.

  • Manage and monitor leads received from JVP‘S across the

  • business ensuring contact is made with each lead received in the agreed time frames.


New Business Report    

  • Send the New Business Report weekly to advisers.

  • Assist advisers in the up-keep of this document


Marketing Collateral    

  • Assist the Marketing Manager to source all content required for content writers to rewrite in the correct tone of voice.

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in writing content; overseeing compliance approvals and proof reading before sent to design.

  • Ensure all marketing collateral is rebranded to the appropriate Joint Venture Partnership

  • branding.

  • Ensure all marketing material is printed and delivered by set deadlines.



  • Design presentations across all business brands.


Social Marketing    

  • Collate content, create and share blogs and posts on Linked In and Twitter, weekly.

  • Optimize posts for search engines (SEO)

  • Increase the amount of followers on the Vintage company pages.

  • Manage paid social media campaigns when required.



  • Manage the upkeep of the VWM, VC and VH websites.

  • Ensure the websites are relevant and flexible.

  • Website optimization.

  • Increase traffic to each company website.

  • Manage the redesign and relaunch of new websites.

  • Revise all content and update accordingly.

  • Manage all third party suppliers related to the website.


Event Planning    

  • Assist in the arrangement of events as required.



  • Any other reasonable task that may be requested.



Experience and skills required:


A Marketing degree (or similar), or relevant Marketing diploma, along with a working knowledge of the entire Adobe suite are essential for this role. Additionally an excellent knowledge of Mailchimp, Excel and Word is desired. The following will be extremely beneficial in this role;
